The 3 hectares acquired in the 2nd half of the 20th century by the family’s grandparents, who were then in charge of Ch\u00e2teau Lafon Rochet, are among the finest of the AOC, with a part at Pez, another close to Montrose, and yet another close to Cos d’Estournel.<\/p>\n
Maxime Saint-Martin, their grandson who has owned the estate since 2009, later completed this family treasure by purchasing another 0.5 ha in 2015.<\/p>\n
